I gained 30 lbs once...probably kept 20 or so. I felt like shit. My back hurt, I couldn't walk more than a hundred yards or so. I was powerlifting and was already heavy. Too much too fast.

They suck! When I had them it was when I was off so not related, but they sucked. Doc. gave me a strong anti viral med that shut um down where they were. They cleared up fairly quickly after going on that med. Shaun
