I would not touch a thing as far as anti aging meds. Your profile looks phenomenal! With those numbers you will never have a heart attack! You could only f' it up with supplements. I wish mine were that good and I am younger than you. The cardio advice is right on the money.

sounds like a sterile abcess. like it was stated rotate sites and if that area becomes red/tender/warm/ draining anything, you get a fever/chills-- head in to have it drained and get on some antibiotics. Keep an eye on it
