I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with the Advocare POS series? Specifically the new POS5. What do you take with it??

OK we've all done the dumb supplements at one time or another. But which ones do you think are the best. I personally like the MuscleTech products(just kidding)

I also had these pains. I use both types of bars but EZ bar does make it less. Question, have you ever broken your wrist? I have broken one of my wrists and that one hurts much worse than the other.
