Well thats cheering, today i woke up with pain, feels bad, half arm is cold and tingling I think its been like 5 months already Thats the reason im waiting with the winny I didnt train good ever since, i feel like shit, weak I hope its not perm damage Ill go to a doctor sunday

Hi Guys I got some serious problem with my right arm for the last3 months half side of my right arm feels numb, cold and tingling, from the pinky finger to my shoulder for like 3 months now does anyone had or know what can cause it? can it be a problem cause by ephedrine?
