    Kabeetz hits it on the money again... everything he explained is pretty much what u need as far as the info goes... and remember Loco, no question is dumb when it comes to proper training and technique. Its smart to ask for knowledge and it helps to prevent injuries.

    S8n and inhibitor hit it on the money here. Compound, compound, compound!! Heavy and hard with increasing weight weekly. I do dips (weighted and none weighted) one day at the end of the session and on a few days later will do CG Bench at the end heavy. I pick one weight for three sets at 8-10...

    Day 2 Week 6 Seated Military Press 5x5 - 95, 105, 115, 125, 135 DB Incline press - 3x8x70 Squats 4x5 - 175, 215, 255, 255 Deadlifts 4x5 - 210, 260, 310, 360 All lifts felt good.. I know the Military Presses look weak but I haven't done em in a long time so I wanted to start at a lower weight...
