1/2 mg seems like a lot to me. Of course i'm major sides just at like 200 mcg 3 times a week. I have olive skin and i tan super easy. If i took 1/2 mg ED i can't imagine the facial flush and stomach problems. So far i like the appetite control and i do seem a shade darker going into week two
