Got a tub of MP's Combat Cookies and Cream coming in today. I've heard good things about it.

Definitely one of the best. You can even pop it up before bed and sleep away.

Hopefully someone follows through with a more thorough response, but essentially GDAs utilize carbohydrates to ensure adequate glycogen saturation through nutrient shuttling. GDAs theoretically should favor sending nutrients into the muscles rather than fat.
