    Totally agreed with this man. My doctor always tells me that we should not start right away with "heavy arsenal" but start with rather something less "harsh" and then if it does not help to gradually raise up the "arsenal" until something helps. You never know when the negative side effects are...

    If you're having a medical condition then you should do everything as your doctor told you to. The exact same drug, the exact same frequency, dosage and so on. Please, do not try to do whatever yourself. Any change should be discussed with your doctor!

    Even though I'm not a very big expert, I do not think that mixing things like that is safe, especially without knowing for sure what you can expect.     I just wanted to say that I admire and salute you nomorefatass because working out, cylcing etc. at 50 is my dream. I really hope I would do the same when I would be your age!
