    Weighted dips, and close grip bench. Best Tricep exercises ever. They helped out my bench alot. Also, military presses is a good one, it hits the front delts which is being worked in the bench. If you do close grip, use different grips, hit em at all angles.

    The records on the offical APF website are world records. Get a hold of Huge Iron for the state or email them and ask them for the records for whatever you want. I do know though, I hold the SQ/DL record in the AAPF @ 198, All four records in the APF @ 220 and 242.
