    As a rule of thumb, I stick with 1 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight depending on what supps I'm using at the time. But I agree, 80 grams is way to low for weight trainning...

    It takes 24 hours to replenish volume or plasma that you lost. Replacement of lost red blood cells takes like 3-4 weeks. Keep up the fluids for the next day or two and you'll be fine.

    I get a pain in my left hip area when I squat. Funny thing is I only feel it when I warm up or use light weight. The heavier I go, the pain seems to disappear. It gets real tender between sets, and post workout. Anyone have any ideas what it could be..maybe a hip pointer?
