Hope it gets better or its off to the doc. Might be a hairline fracture?
I'nve been getting a pain around my wrist whenever i train. Sometimes it hurts so bad till i cant grip the bar anymore. This really sucks cos i cant do wrist curls.
Whats the best remedy for a sore wrist? Should i take some time off?

well basically if i need to take in large calories in fat, i will reach for my olive oil bottle. I just add abt 4 tbs to my shakes. Thats abt 500cals of good fat. Cant take too much carbs cos i get fat.
I was eating too much cals at one point so i guess that contributed to too much weight gain. I was pretty chunky when i started bulking abt 13-14%. But 95% of my bulk has been clean. Hardly had junk food or crap stuff.
I dont think you're gona get good results doing a 2 week cycle. Some of the guys here bulk for more than a year. As for me, i bulk for abt 6 months then cut for 2 months then repeat. It allows me to put on good size as well as keep my bf in check.
I'm planning to drop my bf to around 12%. Currently sitting at 17-18% if i'm not wrong. Most of the fat is concentrated at my gut and lower waist.
I dont have many choices when it comes to supplements in my country. Would appreciate if you guys can recommend me something worth buying from...
