It's probably the B vitamins, they make me nauseous as hell, too. I was told the nausea is due to the pH of the stomach changing? Try eating something small with them if you're not already, this helps to cut down on the nausea for me. :)

I was not impressed with clen the one time I took it - it didn't do anything for me weight loss wise that an ECA stack with the same diet and training couldn't have done. It also made me bitchy and jittery, and it greatly decreases leptin in some users - which explains the extreme hunger pangs...
