Old timer here. Joined EF in the early years back in 1999. Took a break for several years to raise a family. Got back into the gym a few years ago at age 41...won my IFBB Pro Card in 2016 at 45 years young. I've learned a lot in my time and spent a number of years doing things the wrong way.
