I started working out for real and hard about 1.5 years ago. I have always been athletic. I Played ice hockey from when I was 4 years old and all throughout high school. After college I stopped working out and just kind of lived life (a little too hard sometimes). Two years ago I decided I wanted to try going to the gym and getting back in shape. Since then I have got more and more serious. Now I am hooked!
