The problem with DHEA for me is that although it seems to raise test levels (oily skin, energy, more erections etc) it seems to take about eight hours to get into my system. So it does nothing for me until work is almost over. Then I have trouble sleeping at night. I've tried taking it before bed, and then I couldn't get any quality sleep. But it's worth a try. I'm 150 pounds and 50mg worked best for me.
