Stubborn thrush problem

Had it for ages, have had a sexual health check done and Im ok, I have read that the canestan cream only treats the symptons and not the infection and that Yeastrol is a better bet - I think my problem was that I didn't use the cream regularly enough and hoped it would go away naturally.It goes away for a couple of weeks then comes back I don't smoke, not diabetic either. I do have astressful lifestyle, work 60hrs a week and am always exhausted - my doctor reckons this is not a factor in an infection sticking around but I don't agree.....he also said working long hours and lots of stress does not effect hormonal levels!!!
Is my doctor talking out of his arse? I am male by the way...any advice on treating this infection would be appreciated!

You have to treat for systemic candidas, the thrush is just a symptom of an underlying condition.

There is no simple "quick fix." You have to follow a very restrictive diet and you have to stick TO the diet religiously, usually 60 to 90 days.
