whats the max time you should stay on Letro?

Been on letro 2.5mg ed, cabor, .5mg e3d, clomid 25mg ed.
Its been 2 weeks now and gyno has gone way down where its not obvious, and i can barely feel lumps in there, but there still there alittle.
Should i stay on much longer. it doesnt seem to be getting much better now?
