heres the link, get it while you can they only allow a limited bit of download i believe.

anyways this was my diet last summer, i was eating primarily london broil and occasionally roasts and chicken sliced. i used barbeque sauce regularaly (will probably try somthing with less carbs this summer like A1 or somthing) but I was wondering what a difference do you guys think it would make to use lean cuts of meat religiously? Anytime i use ground beef i drain it and wash it off with hot water to remove all the grease i can. I was very lean at the end of this diet running. i of coursed had a boost from caffiene, albuterol and maybe a dnp run  which i loved. but anyway. leanest ive ever been in my life, was wicked sweet. So if anyone has taken the plunge and gone hard core diet, do you think eating lean red meat only will make a large difference? also what was the ideal fat/carb/protein %'s one needs to tweak their diet to? i was thinking of making a new one with each meal at preciseley that ratio for every meal of the day 5x a day.

btw, heres a body shot of me, i should have shown off the wheels too cause i feel my quads are and always have been my best feature, but upperbody has always been my goal. i deadlift (straight leg and normal) squat to parallell not like most pussies in the gym, and train one body part per week. durring this time i was 4x a week at the gym lifting, and the other 3x a week with at least 30-45min cardio mostly by moxing each day. occasional days off, and a cheat snack here and there, but rarley a whole day of it. i did drink a few times too though. http://www.badongo.com/pic/2942576 i know im pulling down that last layer of fat to give full definition, but it wasnt much

read meat i have noticed keep me "full looking" on a comp diet

but with eveyr meal im not sure..

Leaner cuts of meats esp fish is so light you get really lean with Fish
