Clean Bulking Diet - 4,435 CALORIES

For ur preworkout meal, if you want a more long lasting protein, you could mix the whey in 2 glasses of skim milk and ditch the bread.

(although the guardian doesn't seem to like insulingenic meals pre-workout from my understanding - presumably, b/c they limit GH production???)

Not a good idea if so
natural growth hormone production isn't high enough to really warrant any diet changes

I am about to by CytoSport Complete Whey. I take BCAA"s before and after the gym, is there a need to take them during w/o as well?

Ill probably replace the gatorade, just seemed quick and efficient. How much dextrose should i be taking during my w/o?

My lean meat consists of turkey, tuna, and canned chicken. If i cook fish ill have that too.

Gatorade isn't clean calories. Infact you might was well drink a coke...
dextrose powder is a much healthier choice

As far as the BCAA's your setup is OK. You didn't mention them initially

Anyway, I hope that cytosport stuff is cheap....

Other then that you diet is pretty tight

Why would anyone need gatorade bulking during a workout anway?

My understanding is that an hour of weights burns say 400 cals. Let's say that is all carbs (I doubt it's that high as fat would be burnt between sets). That is only 100 carbs max burned.

If your eating sufficient carbs whilst bulking you should not find carb depletion a limiting factor while exercising.

Bit confused -are u saying milks not a good idea, or that worrying about natural GH production is pointless?

White bread anyway would be an insulingenic as milk, but milk is more generally anabolic and nutritious

First, that background is horrible, you can't read your post without highlighting the text.

Second, I'm trying to figure out how all the food you listed adds up to 4,435 calories?

I posted my food log here and in order for me to get to 4,435 I would have to add 3 additional meals to my daily intake. Maybe you are getting a lot more calories from fat, but it looks like from what you listed that you are coming up short (having not worked out the numbers).

This winter I plan on drinking 1 gallon of whole milk per day ontop of my food log listed above, thats an additional 2400 calories, 128g protein/fat, and 192g carbs, bringing me to 5569.75 cals per day...can't wait

He didn't make it like that, he got bombed to many times. I'm guessing from posts he made on other threads.

I guess people take things too seriously here sometimes, i got bombed 4 times :( I think im just gonna have water through my workout and not worry about anything, i have a lot of calories as it is. 5569 is ALOT bro!! Good shit! Oh and my diet is 4,360. Most of my calories come from my bread, meat and whey.

Wake Up: 50g Whey 400
1 packet oatmeal

Breakfast: 2 eggs 920
3 egg whites
2 cups milk
2 pieces bread
5 tbsp flax seed

Pre W/O: 6 oz lean meat 580
3 pieces whole wheat bread

Post W/O: Glycomaize 280
creatine

20 Min later: 50g whey 250

Lunch: 1 cans tuna (oil) 475
mustard
2 pieces bread

Dinner: 6-8 oz lean meat 580
2 pieces bread
2 cups carrots

Snack: 6-8 oz lean meat 635
half cup almonds
2 cups chopped broccoli

Pre-Bed: 2 scoops Casein 240

So anything else i can do to get big natty besides this bulking diet? I take creatine, multi-vitamins, BCAA's. 5'9" 181 lbs.

Check out Cytogainer. Made by the same people who make Muscle Milk. Good product and it has a good ratio of protein/carbs/fat

I plan to throw that in my diet this winter along with adding a gallon of milk per day on top of my normal food intake. I don't think I'm going to do whole milk though, most likely 1%
