We will leave this thread up and stuck for a bit. If anyone needs a explanation of what happen they can read My post and ceo's post. I feel CEo is doing a great job and The reason I placed him in charge of chat is I feel he is better suited to the job then even I am. However Rules must be followed and a level of respect for the site and staff must be kept high throughout all of the forums even chat. Members who constantly run around attacking the site, talking negative about the site and leaders will be shown the door from now on.

We still have very few rules but these rules will be followed. Chat can be as fun as you like but You are not going to do what ever say what ever you want to who ever you want when ever you want. I dont give a damn if you think you have a right to or not.. YOU DONT!!! And you wont!! And that is the final say. I do not want to ban another single person but I am warning every one right now. Get caught by me talking shit and causing more trouble then you are worth for this site, the staff, and or sponsors and You will be sent packing. You want to make another thread about its not right blah blah blah.. You will be sent packing too. Give it up you are not helping at all. Go back to chatting and leave the modding up to the leaders of the site. That is our job not yours.

My friends I am not out trying to be some power hungry jerk. I have done all I can to make chat a place people can come and let out their frustrations and or just have fun. Since taking over the all the forums The team I have placed in charge of each of them have been the best people for the jobs. We have had very minimal problems and it would seem "most" of the time all the rules are followed and everyone enjoys the way things are set up now.

Still Once in a wile things do get out of hand and it is when this happens that the mods and my self have to step in and make hard choices we never want to have to make. At the end of the day the last thing I wish for is
less good bros around the site. The last thing I want is to lose members everyone is friends with and likes. At the same time at some point A line must be drawn in the sand for some members. Often it is the members who are completely unwilling to compromise and make things work for both them and the leadership of the site.

It is these few members who I fear will most likely never be coming back to the site. They have a mind set and they are unwilling to change it despite every effort on my part and the part of all leadership. Be it through means of peace or even enforcing the rules these members have shown me and others they will not change and in doing so will corrupt as many members as they can in the process. Samoth, Strongbow, Miplank, Smurf2 have all been let back into the community because each one of them have redeeming qualities and have shown they are willing to compromise and understand why things are the way they are. Everyone knows I hold nothing
against anyone and for the people who are still gone now I would give anyone of them a chance to come back And be a part of this site. So long as they are willing to work with us and let the drama go. So if there is some one who is left on the ban list who has not been let back and you wish them to be back. Then talk to that person. Encourage them and explain to them that nether I nor any leader of this site is out to get anyone even if they have attacked us a hundred times over.

I feel anything can be forgiven. As long as the offender is also willing to put everything in the past and move forward. But I can not allow the same people to make the same attacks over and over again. Knowing in my heart they will never stop, never change, never agree to compromise. It is these very very few people who are the only ones who ever end up perma banned from this site. Thank you guys and have a great week.
