went to a movie theater for the first time in years recently (shutter island...disappointment for sure, though I'm sure you'll all love it) and experienced an awesomely awesome bout of stereotypicaly "blacks in a theater"-ness. It was great. The best comment was "SNUFF THAT NIGGA!!!!" during a 100% non-violent interaction between two non-feuding characters.

I experienced the stereotype recently myself. Woman did not shut up the entire movie and had a reaction for everything, including talking back at the characters on the screen. "That's ok, baby!! It happens!"
