Not just on EF, but on the webz in general, I'm seeing it more often.

Most do very well and understand that if they don't like something, they can simply ignore it, but then some don't have that kind of discipline. Pretty silly I think.

Do you think its a lack of self confidence in real life? Do you think its a bad sense of humor? If they don't have the sense to simply ignore it, Is it the fact that they don't have the wit to respond if someone tries to clown them? So many reasons, i'm sure. What do you guys think?

I've noticed that the ones that can "take it" well are usually left alone, but the ones that get so worked up and butt hurt become the target. If you don't respond to it, you don't become a fun target anymore from what i see. Butt hurters, ought to try this.

The only difference is, that the ones dishing it out are more bold on the internet, especially if they know the recipient of the flame is on the other side of the country. If someone is secure with himself, he won't be disturbed by anything written at all, unless it's a threat, of course. If somebody writes that my mother (**&%#%*&&) someone in the (*&^*&^#*&), I just laugh at them to myself and never give their posts any credit, and think of them as a mental patient that we all have to tolerate. I'd probably ignore most of that stuff in person too, to a point. But there are people like my ex-GF, who always think people are out to get them, and they'll figure out how to read even an innocent joke, as something negative and hurtful. She'll steam about it, get all upset, and take it out on everybody else. That's why she became my ex.
