supps while ON

due to budget ican only afford supps while ON, which will be within a couple months. Gotta get huge for my wedding :biggrin:

Anyway heres what i have planned

multi
glycomaize(waxy maize for post workout)
flax oil (1g ED)
fish oil (1g ED)
milk thistle (only when taking orals)
ALA(only for taking orals)
Green tea (1 bag ED)
caffeine (200mg pre w/o)
V B17 - laetrile (200mg ED)
creatine kre alkalyn (3g ED)

Should i save the glycomaize and creatine for after cycle to help keep my gains? Instead of taking it during cycle since ill be getting amazing from my cycle?
 
multi, whey, glutamine (w/ msm), creatine, amplify02. done! if older then some other old fart supps like I mentioned with the glut. ;)
 
would say the following are integral:

Whey Protein flavored with SPENDA ONLY as the safe sweetener ( enough for 2 60-70 gram shakes a day)
A powerful Prewokout Stim ( like Redline, Amplify02, JetFuel ect)
YES Creatine ALWAYS post workout and maybe a tad pre workout too
Glutamine is not needed too much but it STILL helps even on
CHICKEN breast to the Max
Enough Red Meat to have 2-3 servings a week
1 smart MultiVitamin ( half a tab a day is all i need)
CLEAN carbs like breads, oats, cruciferous veggies ( for Fiber)
 
glutamine and the peptide fractions in whey should help with liver without being too much extra$$

but YES r-ala, thistle, and n-acety-cysteine help but are also added $$$
 
1. Water (2 Gallons)
Morning:
2. Multivitamin
3. Spirulina (preferably Live! 1 teaspoon)
Afternoon:
4. Cup of Gyokuro Green Tea (preferably Rishi)
Pre Workout:
5. NO2 & Caffeine Supp (If desired)
Post Workout:
6. 3-5g Creatine (preferably German Creapure)
Bedtime:
7. Calcium Citrate
8. Combo Flax/Fish Omega Oil w/ Metal Impurities Removed (preferably Twinlabs)

1. Lots of Protien, Red Meat, Whey, Fish, Chicken
Antioxidants:
2. Blueberries, Pomegranate Juice,
3. Dark Green Vegetables
4. Dark Red Vegetables
5. Dark Purple Veggies and Fruits
Carbs:
6. Brown Rice, Shredded Wheat & Bran

Agree, cept I'd add UNLEASHED. : ) It may do more than anything else in regard to making the most of the testosterone you take in.
