Well I've been running CEL H-Drol at 100 MGs a day along with Epistane at 30 MGs a day, and as of today I have gone from weighing 167-183. It is hard to say what is lean muscle, what is fat, and what could be water. I wouldn't say I got significantly more lean, but I really don't think I put on much(if any)fat. I didn't have a BF% at the start and I'm not getting one taken now because one, I have no way to do it, and two, it'd make me a little sad I think.
Strength increases haven't been charted really because this wasn't a strength stack for me. I wanted denser muscle and I got it.
Proof of my growth isn't only on the scales. I've had strech marks on the under side of my shoulder where my bicept ends for a while now, but in the past four weeks those marks have spread to the tops of my bicepts. If I just had the money to run this stack for another two weeks I KNOW I would see amazing gains.
