NTBM Thermo Stack and HCGenerate

New member
So Tuesday I start my AM/PM Thermo Stack and HCGenerate blog. Now a little background:

BACKGROUND: I have been involved in weight training and fitness for over 25 years. I am 40 now and up until I was 35, I was in excellent shape. Let's just say my previous occupation required me to be at a peak physical level, with occasional random blood and urine testing. Since I retired roughly 5 years ago, I have continued to work out, but obviously not at the same level. For the most part, lifting to be as big and as strong as I possibly could. I will plead the fifth on my research chemical testing. The only thing I miss is that feeling of being so in tune with my body and knowing exactly how I would react to stress, rest and nutrition.

STATS: I will not get into too much depth with this. Let's just say I am very big and leave it at that. I will be posting progress pics to base my progress. A picture is worth a thousand words anyway. I have no desire to post how big I am and turn this into a "NFW!" or a "MEMEME" thread. I have been on this site for almost 3 years and have not really contributed too much. I use this site as a research tool to find info and then try to sort it out. When I do post, it is normally to reiterate what someone has said. I have been very impressed with NEED2. Without getting into it too much, I think he is a really good guy. I am keeping this blog in part to show support for his products. The N2BM products I have used and the interaction I have seen from him with other members is remarkable. Again, I am 40 years old and have 25+ years of weight training.

GOALS: Raise test levels, lean out, and make a contribution to this site.

MACRO'S: 65% Protein, 20% Carbs, 15% Fats, 10 calories per pound of BW, ton's of water

PROTOCOL:
5:45 Wake 4 gear Need2slin LipoStim
6:00 Fasted Cardio
6:30 2 HCGeneate Breakfast
9:00 snack 4 gear
11:00 Need2slin
11:30 Lunch
2:00 snack
3:00 Forged Burner
4:00 Need2slin
4:30 Pre Work Out Shake 2 HCGenerate
5:00 Work Out + 20 min cardio (various)
6:30 Post Work Out Meal
9:00 Need2slin
9:30 1 HCGenerate 4 gear
10:00 Bed

LIFTING: I've been there and done that with all of the "big 3" lifts and put up some monster numbers. I am not about that now. I am probably in "self-preservation" mode and in it for the long haul. The wear and tear on my body is not worth it right now. Don't get me wrong, I can still hold my own with anyone at my gym, but I'm not trying to win a pissing contest. I like to go with a 4 or 5 day rotation. It works for me. Day 1: Chest, Day 2: bi's, tri's, calves, Day 3: Legs, Day 4: Shoulders, Day 5: Back. I do core work before bed 2-3 days a week. I don't really take any scheduled days off, but when they do happen, it's not the end of the world for me. I really enjoy exercising.

I will try to post up some "before" pics in the next few days.

I actually started a little early with the HCGenerate. I took 3, AM Monday before fasted cardio, 3 Pre Work Out and 3 before bed. I don't know if it was the sense of excitement to start, but I did feel refreshed and alive when I woke this morning. Not to mention my wife had breakfast, just the way I like and need it, ready for me after cardio this morning. I really like the sense of mental focus, with out the jitters, from the LipoStim. Oh, and with breakfast I had for the first time the Cinnamon Bun Whey2BM. Better than dessert. I do not have Need2Slin yet, it will be here shortly. It seems it is HIGHLY in demand. Can't wait to find out why! Tonight will be my BACK WORKOUT. Pics Thursday AM.

subbed as i may do a cut before the olympia and Forged or Lipostim are on the list of potentials! ive heard great stuff, and yes Need2Slin will be part of it for carb shuttling properties! i love nutrient partioners

I'm pretty excited for the ride. I plan on making it a work in progress and tweeking it as I go for 12 weeks.

OK, today was BACK. I have to admit, even after only 2 days on the HCGenerate, I was feeling a little cocky and strong as an ox. Placebo effect? Maybe a little, but the strength was definitely there. Now I'm not trying to up my poundage or gain a lot of weight. I will take an increase in LBM, since I plan on dropping some fat. Overall, mostly 4-5 sets with 12-15 reps, extreme focus on form and short rest between sets.

Bent Row 4 x 12 @ 225
C G Lat Pull Downs 4 x 12 @ 14 (machine)

I feel good, even with less calories than I am used to today. Energy was not a problem. Can't WAIT for the Need2Slin to get here!

I'm really enjoying the mental focus, clarity and awareness from the LipoStim. I usually plan my day during morning cardio and the last two days have been awesome. Tonight is CHEST. Looks like the Need2Slin will get to me on Thursday.

This looks like a real nice plan you have here, I am thinking about running the exact same thing but I might also add the new forma from needto when it comes out.

Thanks. I might do that down the road. Can't really go wrong with Need2's advice. Haven't seen him steer anyone wrong yet.

Another good day. Had good energy all day and no problem with appetite. I did 30 minute run this morning and a CHEST workout this afternoon plus 30 minutes eliptical.

Feel good and eating clean. Need2Slin comes tomorrow! Feeling strong.

Ah, I've got my work cut out for me. The reason for the first two prior pictures was to show I had the genetics and potential to get to where I am trying to go. As you probably know, life is always changing and you can either adapt or get lost. I went from ATHLETIC type training and lifting to more of a powerlifter type training and body. I had been limited for so many years, where it wasn't feasible for me to have 22" arms or bench 500+ pounds. So, I just finished that phase where I got big and strong as hell. I was at a point where I was getting into weights that were not going to be healthy for my body in the long run. Now I am starting the road to a new phase. I will never have the body type to comfortably get on stage, nor do I want to. But I can still stay strong. I am willing to give up a few pounds of body weight for a few pounds on the bench press.
Anyway, these next twelve or so weeks, I will start my transformation. As my life style has changed, so have my goals and training habits. With everything I have going on in my life, incorporating these products from N2BM will play an integral part, along with training, diet and rest. I plan on posting photo updates every 10 days or so.

I got home from work early today, so I could get my Need2Slin in enough time before my workout. Wow! I must admit I could feel a difference in my energy level and could feel my blood rushing my muscles for a good pump. It wasn't anything overbearing, but a good feeling. Today was BICEPS, TRICEPS and CALVES. This morning was 30 minute jog, then 25 minutes on the eliptical after weights.
I am really trying to focus on form.

I feel really good. Energy levels are surprisingly high and I am not very sore. I definitely can tell I worked out, but feel better overall than normal. I was tempted to really push myself, but it is a little early to do that. I want to get a better read on the way my body responds to this routine. If I continue to feel this strong and energized, then believe me, I will push it. I will probably do core work tonight, after I take my nightly Need2Slin, but before I go to bed. Maybe when I take my HCGenerate and Gear.

Today was my first full day with Need2Slin. I can already feel the difference. Hard to explain, but I guess it's the muscles filling up. Don't really think I have experience with anything to compare it to, but so far I love the way it makes me feel. Full muscles and strong as a bull (from the HCGenerate.) I am really digging this stack. I know it's still early and it's probably psychological at this point, but I have a "leaner" mentality. I'll take that, since the mental part is half the battle.

Today was LEGS. On every rep, I held it for at least a one second pause. I didn't do Dead Lifts as I just did them with back, but I did do Romanian Dead Lifts to get a good stretch on my hamstrings.

Leg Ext 4 x 15 150

Strength levels were very good and again, I really wanted to push it up a notch or two, but soon enough. I also did 25 minutes on the bike after legs with out any discomfort. At times, it can be a chore, but I actually looked forward to it. With my order, I got a sample of N2KTS (thanks Angel!) and want to try it out on Saturday with my SHOULDER work out.

Today I had a chance to add in N2KTS. WOW! What an increase in energy levels. I didn't want to leave. Even though it is Saturday, I still woke early and did fasted cardio. I still can't get over the clarity I get from the LipoStim or the obvious and noticable increase in testosterone. Morning cardio was a breeze. Again, when I got back, my wife had breakfast waiting for me. Oatmeal with Whey2Build Muscle and egg whites with a couple of yolks. I think even she would endorse the HCGenerate!

Since I didn't have to work today, I got to spend a lot of time messing around with my wife and kids. Two things stand out. First, it's the end of the month and work can be stressful and taxing, so I should be wiped out on Saturday. Second, if I'm gonna struggle with "cheating" it's gonna be on the weekend. I had NO PROBLEMS with either of them. I believe I was able to recover better throughout the week and didn't need to fully recharge on Saturday. For now, I believe the Need2Slin is making me more conscientious of what I eat, therefore helping me create a new, good habit. I am LOVING this supplement protocol.

Well, I drank my N2KTS 30 minutes before I started my SHOULDER workout and WHAT A RUSH. I guess I felt like I was high. It was definitely euphoric and put me in a zone. I did end up pushing it a little bit, like I've been wanting to. Absolutely incredible pumps. My muscles were totally engorged and I felt like the Hulk. I'm not lean enough yet to see many veins, but the were trying to pop out. I will probably pick some up with my next order in a couple of weeks.

Strength levels were better than I expected and I had no problem executing (near) perfect form and squeezing out every rep.

The weights above were for each D B, except for Hi Pulls (bar.) I was also able to add 30 minutes on the eliptical after weights.

Again, I felt really focused and was able to push each exercise a little at the end. I am a little sore, but not that bad. I am curious to see how I feel in the morning. I am not tired and look forward to goofing off with my family the rest of the night.

Energy levels were good today, but not as great as yesterday. I was still able to hit it hard. I can already feel a bit of recomp in just this short amount of time and am excited and motivated to see the results over the next several weeks. I had no ill effects from Saturdays workout, so I recovered well. I will credit this to rest, nutrition, water and supplements, including gear, Whey2BM, Need2Slin and HCGenerate. Thirty minutes fasted cardio in the morning. Today I did BACK.

Then 20 minutes on the bike.

Fasted cardio in the morning, kept to my diet(still) and did CHEST tonight. I had some extra oatmeal with Whey2BM Cinnabun 30 minutes after a Need2Slin and WHOA! I had my chest muscles full and pumped in no time. Finished at 6:30 and still feeling it. Just wanted to try it. Anyway, did 20 minutes on eliptical after lifting.

Still feeling strong. Still feel full effects of all supplements, meaning my receptors haven't dulled. I will be going out of town and not lifting this Saturday and Sunday, but will still be dieting and doing some form of cardio.

I have to admit, I am having no problems with motivation. So far, I have been looking forward to all cardio and workouts. Energy doesn't seem to be a problem, nor does focus and concentration. I have kept an eye on the scale (second thing, every morning) and it has not moved. This is OK, since I am not necessarily doing this for movement on the scale (although I know it will soon happen.) The main reason I get on the scale is to relate how I feel, with what the scale says. Again, I know it has only been a little over a week, but I can feel the changes. My clothes are also starting to fit different. Is this a major change? No, but at this rate, I feel it will be of some significance in another 10 or so weeks. Fasted cardio in the AM with 30 minutes treadmill (steep incline) after workout. Today was BICEP/TRICEP/CALVES.

Had to head into work early this morning, so no AM cardio. I was looking forward to it, but I'm not going to obsess with it. Still, outstanding energy levels and feeling the effects of elevated test levels. LEGS today, followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill.

I just finished up a little while ago and still feel pumped. I held every rep for a one second pause and think I might feel it in the morning. Diet has still been spot on. Looking forward to a cheat meal on Sunday.

Woke up with a little bit of soreness from my leg workout. Took my Need2Slin, LipoStim and a couple of Gear and went for an easy 30 minute run (more like jog.) Walked in the door, sat down and had my egg whites, oatmeal with Whey2BM and a banana. Problem solved and soreness gone! Tonight was SHOULDERS and 25 minutes on the bike.

I am really loving this. I've got BACK tomorrow, then rest on Saturday and Sunday (no lifting.) I plan to stay on my diet, with some cardio, and have a bit of a cheat meal on Easter, but not too crazy.

Last workout before a few days rest. I went ahead and pushed it a little since my body will have a few days of rest, good food and supplements. Thirty minutes fasted cardio in the AM, workout in the afternoon, then 25 minutes bike. I was off from work today and was able to get in to workout earlier than I normally do. I am still extremely impressed with my energy levels, strength levels and recovery time. I am not moving on the scale, but can feel a recomp. I will probably do my next pics on Wednesday and post Thursday AM.

Not moving on the scale can be a good thing when fats going down and muscle weights going up.

Yeah, that's what I figured. I can tell my clothes are fitting a little bit differently, so something is going on.

Anyway, after not lifting for two days, but still maintaining my diet, some cardio and taking my Need2Slin, HCGenerate, Gear, LipoStim and Forged Burner, I felt extremely strong and fresh. I did AM fasted cardio, then this afternoon, CHEST followed by 25 minutes on the bike. I couldn't help myself and turned it up a few notches.

Again, I felt really strong from start to finish and muscles were full. I do have a little bit of soreness, but not as much as I thought for the high level of intensity I was able to maintain throughout my workout.

Well, after pushing my CHEST workout yesterday, I wasn't sure what to expect when I woke up this morning. I've got a lot of wear and tear on my body. No problems! I felt fully recovered, with no aches or pains. I couldn't believe it! Also, I've noticed that any of my problem areas (shoulder, wrist, etc.) are literally pain free. When I started, I wanted to monitor this and maybe add something to help with it, but so far no problems. I am usually susceptible to tendon soreness (drying out?) with most of my "dedicated" training cycles, but not this time. Even with all of the cardio and 5 day workout rotation, no pain. Awesome!

I know that I am starting to sound like a broken record, but since it is so prevelant to me, I will say it again: I feel extremely strong and fresh, with higher than normal focus. I don't feel that I've had an OFF day yet. Fasted AM cardio, followed by BICEP, TRICEP and CALVES, then 25 minutes eliptical. Added two extra exercises today (one bicep, one tricep.) Intensity level was high and rest between sets was low.

Today I couldn't help myself, I really pushed it. My goal is to lean out and maybe not be so big, but I am struggling with this. I know that muscle burns fat and the more muscle you have the more fat you burn, but... Today I had someone ask me if I was "on" and what I was taking. I came to the conclusion that I must just work out at a pussy gym.

I really wanted to push the limits of this "cycle" so to say. I have been consistantly having workouts with overall workloads that normally tax my body, but I am now able to recover at a faster rate. I guess that is the competitiveness in me in wanting to find limits. Today I totally fried my CNS. I had a dull headache when I left the gym, but some fast carbs, protein and tons of water and I'm good to go. Again, fasted AM cardio (in the rain!) with LEGS in the afternoon, followed by 25 minutes on the bike. I made sure to use as near perfect form as possible, full range of motion and pauses where possible. Time between sets was minimal.

Noticed a slight drop on the scale this morning and will keep an eye on it. Almost 2 weeks on Need2Slin. Hope to have pics in the morning. Will try to do them the same as first pics as far as pose, cold, lighting, etc. for an accurate comparison, although it is only 2 weeks.

Nice workout bro, be careful with your CNS!

Alright, here's pics from this morning. Anything really jump out at me about them? No, not really, but it has only just been 2 weeks! Again, I noticed a small amount of change on the scale, but not my driving force in this. What have I accomplished in these 2 short weeks? Well, for one I believe I have established a good base for the next 10 weeks. Second, I have been able to stick with diet, supplements cardio and work out for those two weeks and am feeling like a million bucks. Strength is there (even on a calorie restricted diet) libido is up, mental clarity and overall sense of well being is good. ALL THE TIME. I don't notice any ups or downs, its constant.

Anyway, although the changes are minimal at best, I am pleased with how I feel and the direction I am headed.

I was pleased with the way that I was able to recover from yesterdays workout. I felt refreshed when I awoke this morning and didn't miss a beat. I'm loving the AM fasted cardio (outdoors, even though it was only 37 this morning!) Today was SHOULDERS followed by 25 minutes bike.

I'm really enjoying the mental focus, clarity and awareness from the LipoStim.

It will improve as well:)

for some reason people build a sensitivity to the product where its easier and easier to get a feel good feeling from it.

May I ask how many do you take?

Right now I am taking 2 with HCGenerate upon waking in the morning. I felt like I always needed 2+ cups of coffee to get me going in the morning, but have been able to reduce that to a point where I don't need any coffee (or the caffeine) to get going. The two things I like the most are 1) no caffeine and 2) no crash. Although I am only taking 2 in the AM, I get off to a great start and am never aware of when it tapers off.

FRIDAY: Bit of an odd day. Had meetings early AM, so no morning cardio (plus it was 28!) Ended up getting done with work earlier than normal, so I was able to do BACK plus 40 minutes bike earlier than normal. The weather got nicer throughout the day, the kids spent the night with friends and we had a few couples over for drinks and dinner. I enjoy a few drinks now and then (kinda my job) but when I get focused and tuned in, like I am right now, I have NO DESIRE to drink anything with alcohol. So, I didn't. I was able to grill and made some of the best chicken breast I've had in a long time. I was still able to eat right and have a good time. Not always easy.

Since I Dead Lifted on Wednesday, I thought it best to not do it again so soon, but I was tempted. Energy levels, strength, clarity and focus were all top notch.

This morning, I again feel great. Normally I need to recharge after a full week, but the last few weekends, I've felt great. I was able to get in AM fasted cardio and did have a slight drop on the scale again. As per Omega's recomendation, I took 3 LipoStim this morning and am looking forward to enjoying it and all of its benefits. I will be doing CHEST later this afternoon, but will be enjoying my family time (without dragging ass!) until then.

You got some awesome workouts Jimmy!
NICE!

please let me know on the L3 dose and how it went:) if you dont mind

This afternoon, I did CHEST, followed by 25 minutes eliptical.

I had a great day, enjoyed the beautiful weather and we got a lot of "spring cleaning" done around the house. This was nice, because I wasn't dead-ass tired from the week, had quality, productive time with my family and was still able to have an intense workout. Nothing had to suffer.

Just another beautiful day in the neighborhood. I took 3 LipoStim this morning and never felt it wear off. Sweet. Fasted AM cardio, BICEPS, TRICEPS and CALVES this afternoon, followed by 20 minutes bike. Feeling refreshed and ready to go this week.

so I take it you are not using the stack as it is laid out on the site?

Well...almost. I am doing EVERYTHING the same EXCEPT taking 3 LipoStim upon waking instead of 2. I am taking the Forged Burner in the afternoon, Gear throughout the day, Need2Slin spaced out 4 times a day (upon waking, before lunch, before workout, before bed) and HcGenerate (2 after AM fasted cardio with meal, 2 30 minutes after N2Slin before workout with shake and 1 30 minutes after N2Slin before bed with gear.

Noticed another small drop on the scale this morning. On a bit of a roll right now. Fasted AM cardio, LEGS in the afternoon, followed by 20 minutes on the bike to work out some lactic acid.

I am absolutely, positively loving this. Just ordered up more N2BM product. NTBM AM/PM Thermal Stack, HCGenerate and more Whey2BM Cinnamon Bun Protein (best tasting protein I've EVER had!)

Fasted AM cardio (30 minutes) then SHOULDERS followed by 25 minutes eliptical. Everything is still going well. Energy, strength, focus and muscle fullness all constant.

I'll be doing core before I go to bed. My order from N2BM has already shipped. UNBELIEVABLE!

I woke up earlier this morning and just finished AM fasted cardio and am having breakfast as I write this. I did forget to mention one thing. Need2 asked if I was following the AM/PM stack from the site. That got me thinking and yesterday I went back to 2 LipoStim3 in the morning. I reminded myself that I can/will adjust my training/rest/nutrition but I wanted to keep my stack the same, to help show the effectiveness of the stack. OMEGA, no offense bro, there will be a time and place for me to up the L3 (maybe even be a project?) but for now, I'm gonna stay with the stack.

shit works

Seem to be having good consistancy without too many distractions. Well, my diet has been very good, but I just couldn't resist a Blizzard from DQ when my kids insisted we go. Man was it good! Fasted AM cardio, BACK, then 25 minutes eliptical.

I ordered from N2BM late Monday night and it will probably be here tomorrow. Incredible!

Well, a couple of interesting things happened today. First off, when I got home from work, my order was waiting for me from N2BM, so I have everything I need to keep this up for the 4 weeks after I finish this first 4 weeks up. Second, when I went to work out, there was a group of guys I know up there messing around by the Bench Press. This may have caused me some problems. I said I know them, I didn't say they were my BFF's. They are widely known to wheel and deal certain illegal pharmacutical products and I just found out last week we have an under cover agent from the DEA trying to clean this place up. (I know A LOT of people.) Anyway, I never mess with these guys and everyone knows I don't mess with them. BUT, they had a few choice words about me not Bench Pressing much anymore and since I now have naturally elevated test levels (thanks to the HCGenerate,) I wasn't about to back down. It's true that I don't actually Bench Press much any more, but I still think that I'm strong as hell. So, basically I shot the hell out of my planned CHEST workout, but I did find out that just because I'm trying to "cut" and change my overall aproach, I STILL GOT IT! ALL THIS NEED2BUILDMUSCLE SHIT I'M TAKING IS LEANING ME OUT AND INCREASING MY STRENGTH.

Now I've got some pretty long-ass arms (39 sleeve) but I've always felt the Bench Press was my strongest lift. At the end of the day, today I was able to get 500 (not my first time) and be on nothing more than N2BM LEGAL products. Like I said earlier, I'm TRYING to change my routine, partly because I have too much wear and tear on my 40 year old body and am getting into weights that could be unhealthy in the long run. Still, it felt good to "run with the young cats" and hold my own.

AM fasted cardio, afternoon CHEST, then 25 minutes bike.

Very nice!!! 2 great products!

I did absolutely no cardio today. Wanted to switch it up a little bit and trick my body a bit. Since I had meetings so early this morning, I got home earlier and was able to workout a little bit earlier. Today and just today, I switched up the time and number of Need2Slin. Took my first one at 5am when I got up, then 10am, then 2pm then after my workout, I took 2, then 30 minutes later, I carb loaded (just to see how it felt and how I will respond the next few days.) Again, I wanted to switch things up a little and this could be considered my second cheat meal (first on Easter) and they were clean carbs or as clean as carbs can be. I still feel really good and my only concern would be "if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it" but I also don't want my body to get too comfortable and efficient. I did BICEPS, TRICEPS and CALVES. Since it was Friday afternoon (and everyone was getting ready to go out) there were very few people at the gym. This allowed me to super set a bicep with a tricep exercise. I liked this a lot.

I could notice an even fuller feel in my muscles today after the carb load last night. I only noticed a slight increase on the scale, but I looked like it was more, but in a good way. Back to AM fasted cardio, LEGS in the afternoon, followed by 20 minutes bike. Felt good and went ahead and Dead Lifted even though I just did it on Wednesday. Recoveries have been outstanding and all joints and tendons are pain free.

Got to admit the whole Stack is pretty spot on.

its a good idea to get max results safely

Good Job Needto

My intensity levels are extremely high as well as my focus and concentration. Muscle fullness and overall strength, sky high. I can honestly say that I have not had a day yet where I felt like I was "off." Really enjoying the consistancy and lack of peaks and valleys. AM fasted cardio, with SHOULDERS in the afternoon. Did not do any cardio after work out. I'm going to do core before bed.

I have not updated in a few days, but I've still been staying on course. I believe it's been about a month or so since I started and here are my observations thus far. Everyday has been a good day. That alone has to be worth something. I have felt strong, focused, full and very "male" going into every single workout. I have not had a single morning that I have woken up and said "oh my God, I feel like garbage." Even though I have really pushed some workouts and been pretty consistant with cardio, I have always felt refreshed and fully recovered when I wake up in the morning. As for my overall body composition, I believe it has improved as well. On the scale, I have lost about 10 pounds, but when you take into account that I have probably gained some muscle (and strength) that makes it even more impressive. My changes have not been drastic (nor am I looking for or expecting drastic) but have been noticable. When I do my next set of pics (soon) I will probably try to do something different, because the way I have been doing them haven't really been able to show the changes. Here are my workouts (not in detail) from the last few days:

Wednesday: AM Cardio PM BICEPS, TRICEPS, CALVES 20min Bike

Thursday: AM Cardio PM LEGS 25min Bike

Friday: NO AM Cardio PM SHOULDERS 25min Eliptical

Again, strength, recovery, mental focus and muscle fullness all at high levels.
