8:00- 35 mins of cardio on treadmill, walking, jogging, sprinting at diff intervals and inclines
-This was the only time ive ever been able to complete a cardio workout on an empty stomach and not feel dizzy and nauseous...i felt really good rather, i also get anxiety a lot off and on during the day and i felt great during and after my cardio session
-Imediately after cardio- 1 cap need2slin
30 mins later- protien shake with 2 scoops of elite whey protein, water, powerbutter, and 1 cup of oatmeal.....ate a bannana....1 cap Bridge, 1 cap vit c, 1 cap vit d 3, 1 cap omega 3s, 1 cap forged liver support
2.5 hours later- half a pound of chicken breast, 2 cups of brown whole grain rice, whey protein shake, hand full of walnuts, water
about 2 hours later- 2 caps lipoflame, 2 caps lipo stim
half hour later- 2 caps need2slin
30mins later- 4 egg omlete 2 whole 2 whites, with flank steak and a tiny sprinkle of cheese, 2 sweet potatoes
hour later- pre workout- needtokillthatshit, mixed with water and pomegranete juice, 1 cap lipo stim
workout.. i did chest and bis, the dbs at my school only go up to 80s so i have to improvise when doing db presses
-incline db presses...80's 1x12 reps, 80's with band attatched 1x10 reps, 80's with heaviest band attacthed 1x 7 reps
-incline db flies....30's 1x 15 reps, 70's 1x 8 reps, 80's 1x6 reps
My chest shoulders and tris were very pumped and felt great, i kept my chest workout short and intense for this week
Biceps.....barbell curls....65lbs 1x8 reps, 85lbs 1x8 reps, 105 lbs 1x5 reps, 135lbs 1x2 reps......not my strongest but felt good doing it
Hammer curls 50s 1x6 reps, 60s 1x6 reps
single arm db preacher curls 40's 2x 8 reps, 45s 2 x 6
superset single arm cable side hammer curls with seated cable preachers, dont remember weight, just to pump
My workout was great, i felt more pumped and shaped than ive ever felt....i had been on a test eq cycle awhile back and didnt feel this good nor did i look this good on it....im losing fat fast and getting more vascular while keeping my strength up...im very satisfied so far

30 mins later- big blast shake, 1 pound of chicken breast, steamed broccoli, 1 vit c cap, 1 forged liver support, 1 cap bridge
30 mins ago, 3 caps zma, 3 caps unleashed, going to have aussie casein and powerbutter before i go to bed in about a half hour.......

LIFFALOT....sadly, i dont like raisins or cranberrys so i gave my better bars to a friend of mine, i feel like i just committed a sin but its the truth lol
