Mondtster's N2Burn Log/Review.

Bio- 31 years old. 175#, 17% body fat.

Goal- to hopefully drop that body fat percentage.

Diet- pretty healthy but not a steady diet. Work shift work so meals vary. Usually 2500 to 3500 cals. An average day may consist of 3 eggs 3 eggwhites and toast for breakfast, oatmeal and/or fruit for snack, lunch is usually mostly protein(fish,steak,or chicken) and vegetables and so is dinner, and walnuts and almonds as a night time snack. A spinach and ceaser salad w/light organic dressing at some point in evening several times a week. Nights I work mostly subway or left overs and fruits and nuts. Two protein shakes a day, one casien and one hydro whey mixed with 2% high protein milk(times vary depending on work schedule).

Received my bottle today...didn't get it till after lunch so only took one dose and then went and worked out. It came on in about 30 min and was subtle at first. Never got gittery and had good energy working out. There was no crash later in evening. Tomorrow gonna take two doses like suggested.

The rest of my log and review will be a general diet and exercise detail, with weight and body fat results.

Day1
Todays meals and workout.

Breakfast- 3whole eggs, 3 eggwhites and toast.

Snack- banana and handful of walnuts.

Hydro whey and casein shake both with 12oz of high protein 2% milk.

Lunch- lean hamburger with while wheat bun, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, only mustard as dressing.

Dinner- same as lunch

Evening and nights snacks- two apples, two bananas, an Orange and a cup of raw almonds.


Work out was Squats and a high volume press day. Light cardio afterwards. Have a detailed log of it separate that ill post a link to later.

Working nights tonight so ill be pretty active this evening.

Day2

Took 2 with breakfast and two more 6 hours later. Feels good. The appetite suppressant is just enough to keep from wanting to eat everything but able to eat easy. Energy is good. Was able to do yard work, then go to work without getting dehydrated.

Food.
Breakfast-3 whole eggs, 4 whites and bowl of oatmeal.

Casien protein shake with 2% high protein milk.

Snack- banana, Apple, and a handful almonds.

Lunch- lean ground chicken burger, whole wheat bun, lettuce, tomatoes,and mustard.

Snack- handful almonds and Apple

Dinner- same as lunch

Subbed. I look forward to your results. Its nice to see that you did not get the jitters and crash. So many products in the past did that to me. This seems like a very clean product. Anyway, good luck with yiour goals and I will continue to follow..SJ

Day3

Only took one serving today because I didn't wake up till 1pm after working the last couple nights. Woke up, ate, the took two N2Burn. Got really ancy just sitting around the house. Was raining and fiance was home so stayed indoors and was about to go nuts so finally left and went to gym and got me a good workout in. Need to start doing more cardio though, just I hate it so much.

Breakfast- 3 eggs, 3whites,oatmeal, and banana.

Shake- hydro whey with 2% HP milk

After work out- Need to Muscle replinsher shake with water.

Lunch- which was at 6, chicken breast, hand full walnuts/almonds

Shake- casien with 2% HP milk

Dinner- chicken breast and apple

Really like the energy from the N2Burn so far.....at end of week ill do weight and BF check.

Ok Thursday was.....

Two N2Burn in morning and two more about six hours later.

Breakfast- 3 eggs, 3 whites, oatmeal and a nutrigrain bar.

Snack- apple

Lunch- surf'n turf sushi roll.

Snack-casien shake and banana

Dinner- 10oz ribeye with all fat trimmed, 1/2 mixed vegetables, 5 baby carrots.


Friday was.....

Two N2Burn in am and two 6 hours later

Breakfast- sausage and egg biscuit

Snack- apple

Lunch- 10oz steak, two bites of a twice baked potato.

Snack- spinach and ceaser salad

Dinner- baked salmon(about 10oz) and spinach and ceaser salad.

Sorry for the last two days, been busy but in short... 2 in morning, 2 in evening each day and diet has been about the same. Must say I like it a lot. Agrees with my body very well compared to most other products. The energy is great.

So I weighed myself and I'm down 169 in am and 171 in pm. I always have a couple pound weight flux. So about 4 pounds average I've lost. BF was down about 1-2%. Not sure if I'm checking it exactly right.
