Amplify 02 - pumps are rediculous blows no xplode and super pump out of the water..... i used it once i took 7 caps for my time dosage..... energy was threw the roof i recomend to all

Omega i just have one question i usually work out at nite anywhere from 7pm to 9pm unfortunately its just the way my schedule.... when should i take dosages because i cant sleep lol i took it around 7 pm and got to gym around 730 and here i am 130am and cant sleep..... any advice?

I got it yesterday last nite was the first time i took it before my work out....

calcium and melatonin help or you may try to take it earlier.

I also find that Cardio After lifting if you still have energy should suffice for dissipating excess energy.

about 3....thats how much it took for me to notice energy...... but lemme tell ya amp 02 just destroys it
