Gh releasers

I know people say that there isn't anything over the counter that releases GH but I was wondering what stuff is supposed to I was gonna try GABA because I have a hard time getting to sleep at nights and I was taking other supplements. But I'm not looking for a sleep aid I want something that is supposed to release GH and try to get some sleep too. Because not all supplements work for everyone

For a sleep aid.... Maybe. ZMA works great for most though (and melatonin). Try one of them first and save some $$ as GH releasers DO increase GH but none of them are statistically significant enough to do shit.

Try reading up on GH-15. The website is www.musclemaster.com and look for the gh-15. I'd be interested in seeing what people though about this.

GHB is probably the only that could really do the job. Otherwise stick a needle and inject some real GH.
