In my experience taking Superdrol 2 times in the last 4 years. It is very powerful and you will really feel its effects. Stronger than a bear, super vascular, and sometimes aggressiveness!! Its very important to run a liver protection on this stuff cause it can hurt your liver. If you run your liver protection everyday with it, eat plenty of food and drink LOTS of water, you will be fine with little to no problems. I got lower back pumps and aches as side effects but that was it. NO acne, no hairloss, etc. of that sort. I suggest this:
1. Newbies - 20mgs ED / 1-5 weeks
2. Advanced - 30-40mgs ED / 1-4 weeks


I retained all of my gains of 14 lbs. Good Stuff!!

I would suggest to a first timer to see where they are at at the 3 week mark. A few years ago I ran the original SD (AX)for 3 weeks and 4 days. I gained 16 or 17 pounds, but very little after the initial 3 weeks and had aweful sides the 4th week. I started at 20 ed for the first 3-4 days and bumped it to 30.

I can't stress enough the need to do your homework in regards what to take DURING the cycle to help protect yourself. This stuff literally wreaked havoc with my cholesterol and Lipid values. I took Red Yest Rice, Milk Thistle, Policosinol, Hawthorne Berry, Cholest-off, and LA. I would advise anyone considering a cycle to read up on the many SD threads in the forum.

Every individual is diffrent, so it is a good idea to really watch and monitor how the body is reacting along with taking a dang good liver protection DURING the cycle. If you can get your hands on this stuff, I would do it fast cause it really does work, though you have to really drink lots of water and up those calories.

This stuff makes you feel jacked, and it's easy for a newb to feel like they can handle more. I know it sounds cliche', but slow and steady wins the race. Be smart- be safe- do your homework.

half life is about 6-8 hours so depending when you workout take it so the half life length is when you lift

example, i lift around 6 PM

so I will take 10mg morning, 20mg at lunch

or 20mg morning, 20mg lunch for those who want to do 40mg ED

That should be the MAX dose right there for most people. I love the stuff but it is harsh. AI Cycle support and LIV 52 while on a reasonable dose and high calories.
