Ok guys. I just received my bottle by mail.
Let's do this right.

I want to start today but hoping you could help me out.

Situation:

Diet - moderate / good
cycle - test e 300mgs ew
supplements - whey, creatine, arginine, multi, fish oil, glucusamine
training - will go into details on my log

Questions:

1- I'm going to take 25 mgs twice daily. Should I take 25 mgs 45 mins before gym and 25 mgs about 45 mins after gym??

2- I tried tasting literally a drop and I almost threw up. Suggestions? what to mix it with?? doesnt really mix with water or water based substances....how do you cope with the taste?

3- do you just put it under the tongue? down your throat...how do you take your dosages?

dosage doesn't matter,i have tried it both ways and perfer 50 all at once, doesn't matter when as the effects are very gradual, after swallowing grab a chunk of ice to put in your mouth to delute the taste.
Do not try to mix it with anything ,this stuff has the capacity to delute itself over a large volume of liquid.

I trow it in the back of the throat and swallow, then suck water and then eat something to drag the nasty ass tast down the back of the throat.

Good luck. It is pretty amazing how well it is working for 6 days now!
 
just took 25 using the thingie in the bottle....it actually looks like a really small amount...so im assuming this bottle will be used for like 60 days if you use 50 a day?

also i almost threw up...sucked ice right away though...
 
For dosing cut the needle off a slin pin and use that for dosing. Put it in the back of your throat and swallow. After a while you actually start to like the taste. I took it all at once. Have fun. Your gonna love it.

1) I personally don't get that big of a hit from 50mg/day, but I think 100mg/day is too much. Shoot for 75 mg/day. I used to split doses, but couldn't tell the difference between that and a single dose.

2) You get over the taste in a week or so. It's no big deal afte ra short time.

3) Just swallow it.
 
I guess everyone is different. I know Radar has tried it both ways and seen no difference, but for me there seems to be some difference. This is the second run on SARMS, I'm tryin "active recovery" on sarms right now, coming off a 12 week run of 500mg test e (and other stuff) - and BOY do I feel great. I do 25mg upon waking the morning (I workout at lunch), and 25mg about 3 hours before the gym in the afternoon (about 2pm - I workout after work as well). If I take it too close to the gym, I don't have near the performance in the gym. It seems to take a while to get "into" the system. When I feel it, it's amazing - it's like my workout "builds up". Usually the first exercise feels normal, and I wonder if I'll really be knocking it out of the park. But then set after set I just get stronger and stronger, where I would normally be getting weaker and weaker. Until the end of the workout, I have to just stop myself because I want to keep going.

When I tried all at once dosing, I noticed the recomp effects the same, but I didn't notice the crazy workouts I have in the afternoon now. However, I'd almost want to try 50mg 3 hours before my afternoon workout if I didn't also workout during lunch. The split dosing works for me.
 
Day I today. Only on 25 mgs before workout. I dont think it even really "started working" I'm pretty sure it'll take a couple of more days before I "feel" anything

I'm going to take my 2nd dose of 25 mgs now...fuckihatethenastytaste

Not too sure how i'm going to get used to it haha
