Test blood levels for HGH and Testosterone.

Hey guys I need your help. I have several tests available. I'm going to do the inject 10 ius of hgh and the blood test 4 hours later. I have a question on which test I should pick. I see basal hgh, igf-1 basal, igf-1 post stimulus, igfbp-3. Which one is the correct one.
Also while I'm at it I want to test my Testosterone levels as I'm feeling a low sex drive. I have the following available. Testosterone, free Testosterone, bio available Testosterone, sex binding globulin Testosterone, androstenedol, dhea-so4.
