SARMS Triple Stack - results definitely NOT what I was expecting

Well, nearly complete with my 8 week cycle, going on mini PCT N2 products in about a week:

Osta 25mg per day
GW 20 mg per day
S4 50 mg per day

Forma, HCGenerate, N2Slin, SAN Nitrate

Started at 6'2, 221, roughly 14% bf....32 years old. 7 weeks complete, and I'm now at 226. My goal here was to cut weight and burn fat....Diet was VERY low calorie. Cardio and training were off the charts in volume and intensity. Ate roughly 2000 cals per day (High protein low fat), probably burned 1000-1200 on average so I was netting out very low. Was also on IF most of the time.

Since I'm actually up about 5 lbs, my results didn't meet my goal nor did these compounds do what I expected.

Now, its not all bad news. I look big. I look like I gained muscle. I definitely gained strength. I gained some definition and some vascularity. I almost look and feel like I'm 'on'....like one of these Sarms isn't what they say they are. I'm not speculating that that is the case, just stating how my results were so uncommon compared to what I've read. I have cycled in the past and my results remind me of what winny did to me when I did a stand alone moderately dosed cycle about 10 years ago.

Not sure what my BF is now but I do appear to be leaner, although certainly not drastically and certainly not 10% which was the goal.

Any thoughts on this? Is it possible that I gained muscle mass on such a low calorie diet? I am quite stunned that I haven't lost weight although my results seem to be good; just not what I expected nor what my intent was. Seems like the weight should have come off with my diet alone...almost like the cycle was hindering my fat loss.

SARMS are UniChemicals

Also, I tried to jump to 60 mg on the S4 from 50 about half way through....after about 1 week of that the sides were significantly more intense. Not as bad at 50 but these vision sides are scary....anything that messes with the eyes seems like it isn't worth it to me.....sure it goes away not long after but who knows if there are any long term effects that might pop up even years later. Not saying I would never try S4 again, but just thinking out loud.

It's good to see someone else a lil concerned about the vision issues. I've had a couple of bottles of S-4 laying around for a while now and think they might never get used because of exactly what u said! We simply don't know the long-term effects of these drugs and some of the short term sides are simply not worth the risks just to shed some bf or put on a few pounds of muscle.

As the op mentioned abt the sides, I also will never touch S4 regardless the results. Only tried for a week and a half and by end was blind when I woke up at night.

Tons of cardio. 2 sessions per day (50 min each). In addition to weight training 5x per week.

Even at my calorie consumption of 2k per day I'm still 500ish under maintenance. That is before subtracting calories burned 2-3 workouts per day.

Sounds like a success to me in that you dropped BF and put on lean mass. SArms are compared to var or low does hella as far as results if run properly.

I ran a 8 week with osta/s4 on a cut averaging 500 cals under maintaince, bw stayed the same with noticeable fat loss. I obviously put on some nice lean mass.

So you think that it is possible that I put on lean mass (lets say 10 lbs....Gained 5 lbs total bodyweight, lost 5lbs fat)....while in a SIGNIFICANT calorie deficit for the entire cycle?

Is that even possible, scientifically speaking? Maybe this is the wrong can of worms to open but I thought you couldnt gain lean mass in a calorie deficit, regardless of drugs.....not to mention a big calorie deficit. We are talking about 1000 or less net cals per day....ie, 1500 under maintenance....the math doesnt add up to me relative to the results.

One of the main reason steroids/performance drugs are so effective is because you can can lean tissue in a deficet.

It is definitely possible to gain muscle when in a caloric defecit on SARMS the same as it is possible when cutting with AAS. Those SARMS are muscle builders and will build muscle, even in a defecit (though results would be less than a surplus obviously).

Your results don't sound bad at all to me, and actually sound like you got a decent recomp from it. You may nit have dropped bodyfat as much as you'd gave liked, but there could be something else going on to cause that. It sounds to me like you were closer to maintenance each day than a defecit, but if you were in a big defecit ike you say, maybe you have something going on with your thyroid levels. I have a buddy that has been battling thyroid issues for a couple years now and can't lose weight even at 1k-1500 cals per day and a lot of cardio, and he weighs around 265. If you have problems cutting fat no matter what you do,maybe you should get some bloodwork done and see where your at. ;)
