I'm a huge fan of light dose, short cycles.

The most I ever gained in a year was 50lbs, it was not pure muscle. I was not on anything either, just weight gainer because that is all we had overseas, and Hot Stuff. I used to love that stuff.

I didn't start using AAS until I was in my 30's. That, along with my short cycle, low dose usage allows me to rebound nicely. I'll never be huge like most guys but I enjoy what I have.

In the end diet and training account for everything. You can juice all you want and not do well if you don't have diet and training down. That pic represents not only supplementation and probably a few cycles, but also a shitload of hard work and dedication. And an awesome trainer. When I was young I packed on 50lbs because my weightlifting partner fix my diet and training.

It is nice to see Omega doing that with people. Brings back memories.

I agree...you take take all the gear you want and sit on the couch and not see alot of improvement. I am not taking a thing away from the ozzie guy or omega...hell omega knows i think he is awesome...he has given me sound advice....
