Using liquifin now and working good. Never used pill, why fix what isn't broken.

i'm not convinced they are equally effective, and of course since this is research chems there is no supporting evidence. i would expect the pill is deigned to provide a timed release in a steady dosage. your body may not absorb the proper dosages in a single gulp. granted, it is cheaper, and i've gone from pill to liquid for this reason, but i'm a little concerned of the consequences.

Thanks dog my hair is so thin and my hair line is fading on the sides bad, actually considering some other type of treatment.
