How much weight do you tend to lose after coming off of steroids?

sorry bro, your question is too retarted, depends on how much you put on, i only put on 10lbs last cycle, am not sure what ive kept so far but am thinking most, maybe lost 2lbs or so but am still in the "danger zone" i suppose having used deca and am now about 3-5 months out

honestly if you just recalculate your maintenance calories from the weight you have gained when you come off of cycle and just eat at maintenance the majority of the gains should stay IMO
