New member
so ive been feeling very shitty recently and my gym sessions i keep having to cut really short or i get dizzy so decided to check my bp with a home cuff
i should be honest and say ive been on high dose AAS for 10 month straight.

just checked by bp 4 times, rested and here are results:
131/44 with 86 rate

138/45 with 84 rate

134/56 with 90 rate

156/60 with 90 rate (this one maybe cos i start to panic about things.. feeling anxious at results atm)

after doing some googling, the difference between systolic and diatolic is called your pulse pressure, and 50 is about average, so going by my readings, mine seems to be about 90.

im a little scared . advice thoughts? thanks

If the diastolic pressure is too low (known as hypotension or low blood pressure), the blood is not able to bring oxygen and nutrients to all the body's cells and remove waste matter. That is why you desk bad. I would take Steve's advice and start PCT before you spend the rest of your life trying to get back to normal.

That last reading was definitely because you started to panic it's called "white coat syndrome." Anyway take the advice of stevesmi and begin PCT right away. I am not sure why you thought 10 months straight on high dosed AAS would be a good idea but it's time to come off now and go see your doctor. Don't panic though everything will be alright just be easy.

Also what is a "high dose" and what compounds have you been using for that long?

good question, was afraid to even ask ... this is the sort of thing that makes all juicers look like irresponsible meatheads.

and the OP even admitted it wasn't a good thing to do so you wonder why he did it.

Widening pulse pressures are usually do to:
Atherosclerosis
Chronic aortic regurgitation
Thyrotoxicosis
Fever
Anaemia
Pregnancy
Anxiety
Patent ductus arteriosus
Heart block
Aortic dissection
Endocarditis
Raised intracranial pressure

That said of these, I would think the greatest possibility would be arteriosclerosis, which is coronary heart disease. How old are you? What compounds are you taking? Are you on or have you ever taken hgh? Are you feeling sick or having a fever?

no i am 23.
well at beginning of year i did 2 months anadrol 150, then jumped onto pheraplex 60mg for 2 months then m1t for a while, and past 4 months ive been on m1t+trenadrol+m1,4add, with last 2 weeks a little superdrol in there too
yesterday i stopped the superdrol and m1t, so currently only on m14,add and trenadrol (90mg and 100mg respectively)

tested just now and its 132 over 54.. hm,, hoping it will get better now ive dropped the m1t, will check in a week i guess

Ya if your heart doesnt blow up first. Holy crap that is a lot of diff compounds with decernable cycle or regimine. Doing it like that you have no clue what is effing you up. I would stop everything immediatly. IMHO.
