Helladrol Cycle - Log

Hey all. 2nd cycle, did beastdrol/katanadrol cycle a year ago. Loved the results, got about 15lbs, kept 8lbs due to water retention after PCT.

Trying Helladrol since i heard this is more mild and beast was pretty rough on libido and cardio. Really inspired from Dylan Gemmel's Helladrol log.

Goal - gain 5lbs-10lbs of lean muscle, no water retention and staying shredded. Work on my chest strength and increasing strength and maxes on all core workouts.

Current weight - 153lbs at 5'6" at 10% body fat. Goal for solid 160 at 9% body fat.

Here's my planned cycle:
- Helladrol - 75/75/75/75/75/75
- Cycle assist
- Beta maxx
- Hcgenerate

PCT
- Forma stanzol
- Forged Post cycle
- Hcgenerate

Current max
- bench - 225 (goal 275)
- squat - 260 (goal 325)
- deadlift - 225 (goal 275 but never tried to really max this out)

Thoughts - should I increase dosage to 100mg for the last two weeks to achieve my goals?
 
Im on my 4th week of hella right now and am really happy with the results. Been getting alot of compliments so it must be working lol. I ran 75 up to week 4 and am on 100 the rest of the way. Ive always responded with a low dose though, you just need to see how you feel at 75 and go from there. I have had some minimal sides, lethargy, libido but its slowly going away. Fish oil was a good add for me on cycle so you might want to look into that during cycle. Im sure you will hear this alot but you really need to add a serm to your pct, it will help alot, even though hella is mild you should still use one.

Looks good ,to combat lethargy up your carbs, add some B12 to it also. Personally N2KTS gets me going.
 
Thanks guys, definitely will buy fish oil and up my carbs now. I will wait to see how my body responds to 75mg.

On my 4th day, already noticing lethargy from yesterday. It could be from the preworkout I took and running in the cold. Drank a gallon of water and it went away, buy felt it again this morning along with nausea. Haven't noticed any increases yet but it's way too early.

Bad news, and not sure if its related to what I'm taking but I had light dripping of blood after my stools today. It was fresh blood. Based on EF research i did, other members have had it and It could be hemroids, caused by the heavy squatting I was doing yesterday and going lower than normal (repping 225x10). Not too concerned right now since there is no pain and this happened last year during an off cycle.

Will provide an update to workouts end of this week.

Yeah my lethargy kicked in pretty early also, but seemed to slowly go away after a week or so. Drink as much water as possible, really helps when on cycle. Good luck

End of week 1 Update

Positives
-4lb increase, looks to be all lean muscle with no water. Friends are already complimenting me.
-bench stronger, repping 205 x 6 (have not yet maxed)
-shoulder workouts are stronger (raises and presses)
-lats look a little wider

Sides
-lethargy.. Last a few hrs but started taking fish oil and upped my carbs.
-yesterday, did some crossfit workouts and I did not have energy, felt really lazy. Lethargy and just a weird "crashing" feeling came in for a few hrs.
-little nausea

I hope these sides go away next week.
 
I'd figure out something to help the lethargy. It doesn't get better. My Hella cycle was 6 weeks @ 100mg a day. I didn't really experience lethargy until weeks 5 and especially 6. I just felt so tired.

That really sucks, this is what I feel right now. I couldnt get myself up yesterday or today to do some cardio. The sides may be worse than beast.. I have been getting a nauseated feeling like im going to puke. My stomach is a little more sensitive. I'm also getting this depressed feeling, not sure how to explain it but is beyond lethargy.

I'm now up almost 6lbs at exactly the end of day 7, but not sure if I should continue and just let my body adjust if it does. I eat a meal before i take anything. Is this a sign that I should stop? What is everyone's thoughts? Help!
