I running right now my first cycle

400 Test EN
400 EQ

I'm in the second week and i feel like i have test flu

I plan to take vitamins ( C ) until i feel good

But after should i complete my cycle or just PCT ?

Test flu happens most of the time when your body encounters a foreign obstacle, it could be from the BA content or the mixture itself, however most of the time the effects are just temporary and you should be good to go in a week or so.

I took 2000 mg of vit C, and zinc tablets for about a week. I lost a little appetite also so I took vit b-5 tabs also 5000 a day and it helped (just if it happens again without eq) this is just personal experience...

test flu usually happens after a cycle, i never really encountered it during a cycle.
to avoid test flu, i really believe your on the right path with taking vitamin c and zinc, but having a multivatime like anavite is a staple supplement while on cycle.

drink lots of water and make sure your sleeping well.
