Final pics from my cycle

Final stats as of this morning

5'6" 188 pounds.. 13.3% body fat.

max bench 365 X 1. 315 X 8
squat 495 X 6
clean and jerk 245 X 1

keep in mind I have been lifting for 16 years.. during that time I took maybe a year off from lifting in my early 20's.. so I built a very strong base.. spent most of last year natural. any of you newbs who think you will look like this after 1 cycle and with no base will be sadly dissapointed.

but I wanted to share these results so that others can learn that you don't have to run 2 grams, 1 gram or hell even 500mg's to get results. you don't have to stack test with tren.. and you don't have to stay on for months or years either. it takes a solid diet, hardcore training, and a positive mental balance. I have noticed the harder I work off cycle the better the results are when i go on cycle. the better conditioned and the smarter I am not to make training errors.

also you don't need clen, slin, T3, or any of that shit either to comp to look like this.. I comp'd for 4 days eating salad, some oatmeal, lots of water, and I did lots of cardio and sweat like a pig. stayed away from anything that would bloat me. who knows had I used harsh stuff what I would of looked like..

tren E 1-10 350mg a week (really this is all you need in a tren cycle, tren is both anabolic and androgenic BIGTIME, you don't have to stack shit with it to get strong results... 350 a week is a good dose which comes out to 50mg a day.. you can try 75 a day if you are brave but 50 a day works trust me)
dbol 1-4 25mg a day (only used to give my cycle a kickstart, if you run ace which all new tren users should run you don't need to kickstart things)
winny 7-10 25mg a day (originally i planned on going 50mg but after a few days at that dose i started getting headaches so dropped the dose down and felt much better. ALWAYS listen to your body!!)
masteron 5-10 100mg a week (ridiculously low dose only mixed with the tren to aid in prolactin control, prolactin needs to be controlled during tren no EXCUSES not to!!!)
forma 1-5 at 5-6 squirts a day (to control estrogen during dbol)
HCGenerate 2 caps 2X per day 5-10 (to keep nuts plump on cycle)
caber .25-.5 2X per week 1-10 (low dose to control prolactin and aid sleep, take before bed not in the am IMHO)
n2guard 6-7 caps a day 2-10 (helps with sides, you won't like having pumps ruin your workouts or feeling lightheaded so take your support supps and stop trying to be superman)
I upped it to 9-10 caps a day after a week on winny..

how I will PCT: I am a week in this

hcg 1000iu's 5 shots spread out from weeks 10-12
HMG 2 shots of it week 12, 4 days apart. (your nuts should be PLUMP as water balloons at this point, if not then your hcg/HMG is bunk or you did not mix it right etc.)
clomid 12mg a day for 3 weeks starting week 12 (i fucking hate clomid sides but notice i am running it at a low dose, yes i believe it helps more than hurts to run this shit)
Unleashed and other non suppressive test boosters for 4 weeks (this will combat any negative sides you get from clomid and make you feel 'on' and feel good)

if anyone has questions, concerns, comments fire away. thank you EF.. all the vets, mods, and even newer members who have shared their own experiences, ideas.. I have learned so much from the exchange of ideas from this board. I cannot even list everyone cause it would take up this entire page.

I want everyone to look like this and BETTER on EF. it really boils down to how bad do you want it. not gonna get there working out 3X a week and spending your whole time socializing and doing 25 pound curls in front of the mirror.. gotta put in the reps, sets and hours. I wish there was a magic pill, but there isn't. there was a lot of pain involved, a lot of sore muscles, a lot of days I felt like shit and didn't want to go to the gym and deal with all the traffic, seeing that delicious cheesecake in the window and wanting to take a bite... its never easy.

sweet bro!! you look great! and i absolutely agree with starting with a solid base before even considering the use of any aas.. would be pointless and a waste.. wish more people would realize this! nice job
 
Very nice!....I'm 5'6 also and would love to look like this, but for now I'm holding myself back to 165lbs for my sport (motocross) I need top notch cardio and to stay limber.....but maybe one day! Hahaa

What about doing some poses like lat-spread, front and back. Side chest, ect ect?

You look great, but for 16 years og traning and the use of anabolics i would assume you where kinda in more shape. But hey, thats just my thought and the power of cardio training is a must for me these days. being 80-90kgs ripped kinda lookes like 140kg big.

Not saying you dont do cardio bro, but if you Bf was lower that would look awesome.. keep on the hardcore training

sorry I mis-read your question. yes it was masteron prop. just a small amount i had laying around that i threw in to help with prolactin.. I like to clean house after every cycle and not leave any juice laying around if you know what i mean

the lowest body fat i have been was 7% in my late 20's..

I'm not gonna cut down my body fat for atleast a few years. I want to keep building mass slowly but surely.. I plan on going natty the rest of the year and building up my core. obviously yeah you need to put a cap on your body fat.. my cap is 14.5%.. if it starts inching above that then i back off and knock it back down. but you need to stop being worried about gaining some fat.

you want to build strength, mass and a base as much as possible then worry about cutting when you get older..

too many skinny guys are too worried about body fat and fail to build a base, then hop on the juice and go nowhere. looking at your pics you need to focus on exactly what I've been doing the past 3 years.. that is building a lot of muscle mass.. pack that shit on.. and leave room to put on some fat in the process. you cannot bodybuild out of skin and bones and vice versa we always tell guys who are overweight to get their body fat under 15% for that exact reason. cannot bodybuild either when you are trying to cut fat too.

Running the unleashed and daa power chews worked fucking amazing for me. Bumped my test over 50% in weeks. When u run unleashed throw in the power chews daa. I'm a believer and have the blood tests to prove it. Amazing job bro.

Nice work bro. Are you going to cut any bf any time soon? Not that you don't look good now, but if you held onto that size and got to sub 10% bf, it'd only be that much better.

thanks, right now I am too obsessed with strength and bulking up.

I have always been a powerlifter #1. as i've gotten older I have found out that lifting heavy weights hasn't always been the most healthy thing for the soft tissues of my neck and back. so i've backed off.. but I'm stubborn and i still love throwing 350 on there and benching while the dude next to me is way bigger and can't even do 300. and I tend to wreck my leg muscles doing heavy sets for 6 reps on the squat rack to the point where I can't walk for a day.

I'm learning though that getting a nice pump and feeling that gentle soreness is just as satisfying as throwing around heavy weights. and it does feel better on the body as well.

my plan is going natty for a while and going lighter on the weights and faster workouts, but no one can hold me to that cause I still have that urge to go heavy. all in all I keep a close eye on my body fat and won't ever let it go over 14.5%.

right now i'm at 13.3% which is higher than it was when i started this cycle. i was actually 12% on the dot .. i tend to drop fat off cycle and put it on during no matter what i run

i love how you listed your cycle and explained why you are doing it this way. great insight. i will also be adding a low dose of masteron in my upcoming cycle for extra support with estrogen and prolactin.

Is that because of age? Cuz i feel awesome when i back it down and get a good pump and mild soreness.

i'm early 30's.. my joints actually feel great. its the soft tissue in my back and neck that will bother me if i pound away too heavy.

its age, but its also years of pounding taking its toll. just imagine a bone having cartilage on it, and you rubbing that cartilage over time with sand paper.. thats what happens when you lift heavy. over time it will start hurting slowly but surely. its not a sudden injury, its a gradual thing that sneaks up on you. in the gym your adrenaline is so high that you don't notice pain, its the aftermath.

so definately consider going lighter as you get older, it will help your soft tissue problems

if you have joint issues you need to up your omega's.. at your height i'm not surprised you have joint issues, it seems to be a problem for taller guys. consider krill oil and drinking a tablespoon of extra virgin pure olive oil. (many olive oils contain mostly veggie oil so make sure you get the legit olive oil, if it costs $3 for a whole bottle of it then its probably not pure)
 
Ya that and i have played baseball and soccer since i was 3 to now so ya i see what ur saying. Can i just throw the olive oil in my protein shake i dont think i could do it straight. And my body is pretty solid. Only wrists and elbows hurt when heavy lifting. I have backed down workouts for that reason like flat bench 225 6 sets 12 reps. Incline press w 50 lb dumbells as opposed to 70-80 and doing 5 sets 10-15 "always push myself". It helps. I just have to drop the weights up the reps. I dont grow as much but my muscles are hard and strong so at 38 wwhat more could you ask for right? Lol.

im 50 yrs old and wish like hell i woulda backed off on the weight yrs ago. i have severe arthritus in my rt hip and need a hip replacement, no more squatting for me. and about 2 months ago i herniated a disk in my back rowing 150lb db's. i am 2 wks post surgery. do yourself a huge favor and drop the heavy squats for 6 and start repping lighter weights. i bet your legs will grow even more than they did with the heavy sets. good job and good luck............
