dude i have never expected someone to tae diesel... and lose hair on day 3... that seems too early :| am i wrong?

That does seem pretty early, is he taking anyhing else? Or maybe is he taking some other kind of medication no-bodybuilding related that may not mix well?

What is going on is that it is a steroid, and that can be a side effect of them. In some people designer steroids have worse sides than injectables
Well there is a warning that it can happen. Is his hair already thinning? If he already has a thin head of hair what do u expect? I will say I noticed some hair coming out during a tren cycle years ago, but my hair was long enough to notice. Hair is back to normal for me.

definitely. people who have severe mental illnesses like schizophrenia can take placebo pills and they suddenly get better. It even happens with physical illnesses, so I think that it could be applied here. the mind is powerful!
