DESPERATELY need help, 10-12 weeks to change my life!!

Ok guys, i'll make this short.

I expiremented with a deca only cycle and some masteron a few years ago. Without going too much into detail, I am not a newbie to working out, dieting and AAS.

I desperately need help. I have been told i have 10-12 weeks to get to 5-6% body fat while having a decent amount of muscle.

I am an actor in california and I have the opportunity of a lifetime in front of me!

PLEASE HELP! I need to be able to have my shirt off and look as good as possible in 10-12 weeks. Here are my stats

6'3"
195 lbs
14% BF

I know how to train and diet but the reason my stats are so bad is I was on a missionary trip overseas for several months and my body deteriorated. I bulked up to 205 from 172 lbs in the past 3 months without AAS (about half muscle). I started cutting 2 weeks ago but I just don't feel like i'm big enough. a littttttleee too skinny in the arms...

Anyway, I have 10-12 weeks to get into the best shape possible. I just need to look ripped with my shirt off (5-7% BF), and a decent amount of muscle. Nowhere near bodybuilder, I just can't do that in that amount of time, nor is that my goal.

I was thinking of a combination of Masteron and Clenbuterol. Maybe throw in some winstrol? I figure a testosterone like test prop may make me retain water.

There are so many cutting cycles out there that I have absolutely no idea what I should do for my body type.


Guys, this is the opportunity of a lifetime that is in front of me. Your help, you have no idea how much it would mean to me.

What should i cycle and how????

Lets start with the statement I put in bold. It seems to me you are new to a few things. You did a deca and mast cycle when both those compounds should be run with test. Im surprised if you didnt get deca dick.

Now are you telling me that you have a opportunity that just so happens to be the same amount of time away a typical cycle last? I just dont understand why you would even be given a opportunity if your not what they are looking for.

And going down 10% in bf is a pretty big change. What exactly are you looking to accomplish?

I don't mean to be a prick but I gotta agree with PIP88, furthermore if I go according to your post you said you are no newb to the whole game, so why do you need any help from the board?
 
No need to be desperate dude. Eat clean. Train your ass off. 12 weeks is plenty of time to get into shape. If you want to do a little cycle to tip the scales in your favor, do 400 mgs of Primo with 250 mgs of test for 10 weeks. You will not get to 5%. That's ridiculous. if that's what's needed to get the gig, forget it.

If you are seriously dedicated, Then get the game plan in order, You need 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight, eat 5-6 clean meals per day after your last meal you will need no more food for 12 hrs,upon that morning cardio on an empty stomach will do a hatchet job on Body fat,because the body burns fat for fuel, the small servings thru-out the day will keep your metabolism up.

You can accomplish what you need just by doing as suggested, if you can't then that job wasn't for you!

staying in shape is a lifestyle not a quick fix!

What about T3, Clen, Test, Tren, and HGH? Ha ha hell of a cycle. Wonder where he plans on getting all this shit.
