And nolvadex for pct

Ineed an advise in how to run it?

I'm 180 pounds

5'10"

14% body fat

36 years old

I been training for around 2 years

Is this your first cycle? I would get some hcg for on cycle to maintain testicular function and an ai. For pct I would add Clomid as well

Run your test for 10 weeks pin e3.5d 600 ew

Hcg 250 iu 2xew 12 weeks

Adex or aromasin adex .25 mg eod or aromasin at 12.5 mg ed. Weeks 1-12

Pct starts week 13 Clomid 100/50/50/50 nolvadex 40/40/20/20

That's up to you and what you want to do. I prefer to stay lean year round so I never all out bulk. I take the slower leaner gains

Can I run nolvadex only no clomid?

And 40/40/20/20 is that mg per day or week?
