It's been 5 years since my first (inj) cycle. Time for my 2nd injectable cycle in a little over a month. Did a few shredder stacks last fall/ winter. Worked well to put on a few lbm and drop fat.
Here's what I got, but first a little background history of the Sweed
27 years old
6'2"
230ish
BF- Moderate; not focused on a number, but if I had to guess, around 17-20, as I am very conservative, lol.
14 years training
cycle history- 1 injectable cycle- test 500 1-12, dbol 30mgs 1-6
2 shredder stacks from N2BM
Proposed cycle:
1-12 Sust 500mgs ew, twice a week
1-4 Epi-Strong 3 caps ed
9-13 Var 60-80mgs ed
PCT: starting 1 week after last inj
HCG 500mcg's 3x per week. 3 weeks
sustain alpha
aromasin/ adex ( will have either on hand during cycle too)
unleashed/ postcycle
clomid 100mgs ed first week
Followed by Hcgenerate and Bridge!
Other supps on cycle will include:
OnGuard,Forged Burner, DCP, Need2slin, Need2's Whey, N2KTS, Replenisher.
Diet:
will start off at what my cals/ marco's are at the end of my maintaince (3400). I will turn this into 100% clean, as I am eating clean now, but with a few cheat meals during the week. 300 protein, 250 carbs, 100 fats, will change to increased protein 350-400, 250carbs, and a tab less fat 80-90, to equal out with the increased protein. If I feel like i can add carbs to the cycle while dropping my fat macro's, then I will do so.
I will drop cals when I hit plateau's, and add in some morning cardio to break these plateau's. I will add in the burner when I feel like i need the extra boost, when that runs out I will start the dcp, or vice versa. I want to loose as much fat as I can the clean way with strict diet and minimal cardio to start.
Training:
I have been loving the priciples Omega has tought me. I will be using them throughout the cut. Working out 5-6 days a week. Fast rest periods between sets and exercises, higher and slow controlled reps, Absolutely killing it in the gym!
Goal: To loose 20 lbs (or more) of fat and gain a solid 10lbs of lbm. I believe I will hit this goal. I am aiming at dropping 2 lbs of fat a week. I'm goin to get into the low category of bf (under 10%) have insane veins on my abs and everywhere! lol
I will post pics of pre-cycle and post cycle of course

SO I am open to comments and suggestions. I have talked with a number of great people/ vets on this site to see what their thought were, and this seems like the best plan of action!
