I just got the MRI results back, and it shows I have a L4/L5 disk herniation which is impinging upon the left L5 nerve root, thus causing pain in my hip area and calf. Has anyone ever had this injury or has it right now? Its very frustrating cause Im only 27 and now I cant work out the way I want to. Anyone with any information on the best treatment and anything in general would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

Sorry to hear that , I have has someting similar, honestly the only thing that is going to help is common sense, stay away fromt the exercises that cause pain and rest when it does act up.
