How should I work out my chest if I have gyno. How many sets, reps, what exercises and what not to do?

Having gyno has no bearing on how you should train your chest. If you have gyno, i suggest you cut back on your "supplement" intake and invest in some anti estrogens in future. Training isnt gonna make one bit of difference. Cheers, G.

I know I have slight gyno. 4years ago it actually leaked yellowish ooze when I squeezed it hard enough.(Not that I squeeze my nips on a regular basis!) During my 3 year off juice, I had no more yellowish ooze. Recently I started test again and notice my rightnipple seems to be a little puffier and soft. No pain ever just these puffyness on occasion. Is this Gyno or am I just fat??? (lol) Im only 210 at 6ft 10-12%v fat.

have you found that working your chest more reduces the gyno in anyway or does it have to be under the knife?
