What kind of forearm exercises do you guys do to work your forearms and get the little muscle fibers to show up??? My forearms are a decent size, but they arent as cut up as I would like them to be. Any input would be appreciated. ------------------     | ||

Some guys who have nicely cut foreamrs are baseball and golf players. Basically so much repetitive, yet strenuous work will do the trick. But if your impatient and ambedextrious, you could grab a pencil and copy down every last word of some books. Seriously, get yourself some hand grippers. | ||
