I love your routine... if only i had all the equipment i needed. One thing, do some shoulder stuff. Having a big back is useless without broad shoulders. Maybe some press behind neck and upright rowing on leg day or something. Just a suggestion, nice program though.

Looks pretty good I think. I would only cut back on biceps/triceps. I consider chest a big bodypart and treat it as back/thighs, meaning the volume (no. of sets). But again, people are different, and your arms might need more sets to grow. But most people that use more than 6-8 sets for bi's/tri's are overtraining 'em. My opinion. Mylo

I would cut down the sets and work harder. 2 hour marathon workouts are not too good. Even though your resting a lot between workouts, I feel you cant go all out by doing 2hours of training.

I hear Steel,
Some workouts last three hours.
I go for endurance - when your standing in the shit you don't know how long you'll be there. Everything is as heavy as I can manage - been having some jiont troubles. Elbows.

Steel is right - if you train more than 60-70 minutes, your testosterone level starts to go down rapidly. I believe that when you workout more than 1 and half hour, you're actually destroying not improving your muscles... Of course there are some special cases, I've read that Johnny Fuller trained for three hours or more - but it doesn't work for most people. Especially when not on gear. My opinion. Mylo

I would do only 4 sets of BP...and add another chest exercise like flyes. Also.....I would put Bis/Tris on their own day.

Big NO-NO. 15 sets for Tris?

Check out www.cyberpump.com for good info.

Think about this for 1 momment.

When you do Chest. You work chest, delts,

Tris.

Than whhen you do Delts, you work again ALL

your pressing muscles.

When you train Tris you again use all your

pressing movements.

Okay so now we know your training your

pressing musles 3 x per week go check out

that link for suggestions that make sense.

And dont read Flex for training routines.

I know there is over lap -
But can you give me a better three day split.
No - I don't care for HIT.
I'm an endurance freak - thats my gig.
If you think it can be improved plz lay it on me.
As many heavy sets as I do there still only a couple minutes apart.

Here a link of me and my stuff.
I'm in the rebuild after busting up.
