I do it when I'm bulking. I typically start out with them and do them back to back. Then I end it with some sort of isolation movement.

Well I've done to pressing movements for shoulders in one session before, usually back to back. But now I just do one pressing movement. I figure I get enough front delt work from benching that I don't need to add too much more with doing too many shoulder press exercises. Plus since I've been migrating my workouts from long drawn out sessions to shorter intense sessions I just don't have time to do more than one pressing movement.

i do, i normally start with dbell presses and then either go to lighter arnold presses or machine presses with slow negs. then finish with side laterals and rear laterals. i dont do any front work because my front delts get enough on chest day. then i go to shrugs to finish off.

Usually do two as well - behind the neck press and either standing military press or dumbell press. Both at the begining of the workout when i'm strongest so i can use heavier poundage.

I do two shoulder press movements too. My shoulder workout is as follows:
1. Dumbell presses-4 sets-12,12,10,10 or 8
2. Military presses-3-4 sets-8,6,5,5
3. Side laterals- 3-4 sets-10,10,8
4. Shrugs- 4 sets- 12,10,9,8 or 6

I usually do my back on my shoulder day. I think I may add cleans or deadlifts to add more mass to my shoulders and upper back. What do you guys think.

FlexRich here, I also do two very intense and heavy press movements for shoulder. I would normally start off with a machine press than to side laterals than to dumbell military presses to rear laterals to shrugs then to upright rows, to isolating and burning the traps, shrugging with one dumbell until burning sensation. Gotta love that burn baby. Flex on.
