deadlifts are as basic and fundamental as you you can get.its an exercise that will build up the nervous system, along with entire
body strength.its absolutley essential for any one interesed in strength and mass to include deadlifts in their routine.along with the squat its the most important exercise in your training.i suggest you learn
how tpo deadlift properly and begin including it in your routine immediatley.
there are diffrent variations of the deadlift
start with the regular deadlifts on back day
and include stiff leg deadlifts on leg day.
you will make dramatic changes in your physique rather fast when just including deadlifts in your program.i would describe to you how they are proparly done but it wouldnt help you need to see it to understand
the proper form.look around for some training sites that have pics and begin deadlifting pronto...

Try Gymamerica.com. You can even set up a program there and it will tell you what to do everyday. It has these cool areas that show you exactly how to do an excercise.
